This would be fantastic! I sure hope this really happens.

 

The Rocket Motor and Propellant Tank are not needed because the rocket would bring it to a 63 degree Inclination, into a Molniya orbit. Nothing is guaranteed, remember this is only a opportunity. But I sure hope as well this project moves forward because this thing has been collecting dust for 8 years now.
