You will need to login (use your FRN and password) to the FCC's ULS system (the ULS link is on their frontpage) and edit your account settings to default to a paper copy. Or you may opt for digital only and dig a little deeper to download a copy of your license (after renewal) that you may print yourself (and which will not say "Reference Copy"), but the navigation to get there is more than a little convoluted and will not work with some mobile devices (but should work from a PC), you can then print your own copy if you wish (perhaps on heavier stock).
