Göran Blumenthal / SM5HIH passed away 4th of October 2018 at an age of 74 years. During his live Göran was always interested in Technics, radio and communication. He worked as a radio operator on board merchant vessels. Göran did a lot of work for the SSA (=Swedish Radio Association) in the past. He inspired a lot of people and youngster to take their HAM licence. He was an Elmer for me and my XYL as well! Our warmest thoughts are with his wife, son and grand children.
