Dusty Rhodes writes... "Maybe I am shutting the barn door after the cow is out, but I had a thought, that probably has already been implemented. So often it is difficult to bring the handicap in to the realm of amateur radio because of their disability. As of recent I have had the opportunity to operate on PSK31 and have had a ball. After my initial excitement had subsided, I decided that PSK31 is virtually a visual mode. With it being very inexpensive to ramp up a station of that type, the deaf would have little trouble joining us in our wonderful hobby. I welcome your poo poo or promotion of my thoughts."
