Take a moment to look over the METEORegistry page that Rich Parry put together. This is an extremely efficient way to advertise your activity so others can be on the lookout for you. On the site, you'll find a map that shows the 4-quadrants of North America so you will be able to quickly determine which of the 15-second TX-segments you should participate in.
