https://www.dignitymemorial.com/obituaries/gotha-fl/erdman-kiehm-5198822 Erdman Daniel Kiehm November 28, 1919 – August 7, 2012 I'd like to thank the family of KD4OA for donating his SK gear to Radio Scouting, Central Florida Council last year. Using it as an extra station we broke the national US records for JOTA (Jamboree on the Air) in Oct 2018, representing 8% of the USA. (1010 participants) I met him several times and even observed him on his new Icom in his last few years. He was always tinkering with antennas and speakers and had well stocked scrap parts bins. His daughter graciously donated everything for scouting use so that we can continue his passion and inspire future generations. With special thanks/donation from HamRadioDeulux the Icom707 has a new hi-tech front-end.
