K2BSA/1 Special Event at CT Scout Extravaganza

The CT Yankee Council, Boy Scouts of America will operate K2BSA/1 from its Extravaganza Camporee weekend May 10-12. The Camporee entitled, "Scouting Values Unite Us" will celebrate the programs and values of Scouting that benefit our boys and our Communities, nation, and world. Thousands of Scouts and members of the public will view the Amateur Radio demonstrations and Special Event Station along with other exhibits on Scouting and features such as a parachute jump in by the Black Knight team from West Point. We will be opperating SSB on 6-160 meters on standard Scouting frequencies. A list of frequencies is available in CQ or QST or on the ARRL Scouting web pages.
