Really sorry to report that my father in law, Jack Darby G4TVC, went silent key 29th April 2021. A family of radio amateurs lost Jack. Julie his daughter G1CKF, his grandson Daniel M6NCD and myself, Mick G4EFO.

Mr JC Darby, G4TVC SK Darby Jack Cecil 1st January 1937 - 29th April 2021 Much loved dad, grandad and great-grandad Jack died after a short illness at East Surrey Hospital with his children by his bed. Thank you to all the staff at ICU. The funeral service will take place on 18th May 2021 at 4.30pm by invitation at Surrey and Sussex Crematorium, Crawley. Jack will be deeply missed by all his family and his many friends from the clubs and societies he supported during his life. Family flowers only, but donations welcome in Jack's memory to St Catherine's Hospice, Crawley, who supported Jack whilst he cared for his late wife Audrey.
