    This is from another forum I participate in, which uses the same software as this one, so I know it is possible.

    How would you use, or why would you need to know that info?

    You can already see how many replies there are in the message list.

    I use that ALL THE TIME in other forums. I often refer back to older posts by their post number. I'm not looking for number of replies, but for what that particular post number is. I know it is part of the software, so I was asking if someone can turn that on. I'm sure MANY other people would also find it useful.

    I can poke around in the XenForo settings and see if I can find that.... never seen it before though.

    This is the very first time in all the 8 years that QRZ has used XF software that this has been asked...

    Even if I find the setting, it's not my decision to invoke it. It's also possible that the other forum you see this at that they've done custom code to cause that.

    But don't hold your breath either way...
