    That's what they tried with RADIO, and Popular Electronics, and Electronics Illustrated.

    Among others.

    ALL defunct.

    Those magazines tried to define their audience--but the audience defined themselves.

    Segmented.

    I like it!
    This publication, along with an involved, knowledgeable ELMER, could very well pave the way for those who have an interest in two-way radio communication. I would not have been successful without my Elmer (Norm W6JNX, SK) who saw that I was at the very least able to communicate successfully with CW and low-power before he 'turned me loose' on the 40M Novice band (1969). Times change, and so do modes of operation.......I could not "Elmer" an individual interested in FT8, but I could help in station set-up etc etc.
    Congrats to Becky and the ARRL for trying something 'new'.....Tim, NN6A.
