Museums on the Air

[FONT=&quot]West Tyrone Amateur Radio Club (WTARC) will this year be taking part in the International Museums on the air Weekend.
The event will be located at the Ulster American Folk Park in Omagh, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot] Museums on the Air[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The intention of the event is to set up an amateur radio special event station in as many of the museums as possible throughout the world. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]We will be operating with 2 stations located in separate locations within the Museum complex.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]There will be a station operating in the main entrance car park and another operating within the museum.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The club will be operating on HF, VHF/UHF, Echo Link and Digital Modes. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]We will be operating from 10am on the 20^th June until 1700hrs on the 21^st June, continuously during this period.

The call sign will be GB1AFP.

Special Event QSL cards will be available to those who wish to have a conformation of the QSO.
