Kenwood TS-590 power spike mod

Hi Ya All from Las Vegas
Kenwood is recalling some early TS-590's because of a power spike.
these serial numbers they will fix free.

My 590 was only putting out 50 watts on SSB and was told this will
fix it, they are doing all this repair free of charge, all we have to do
is pay the postage to a Kenwood service center and they take care
of the rest.
