John Davis Shaw
(August 3, 1943 - January 2, 2014)

John Davis Shaw 70, of Stamford,VT. died Thursday January 2, 2014 at his home. He was born in Ann Arbor Michigan on August 3, 1943 a son of Marion (Davis) Shaw and the late Alex J. Shaw. He attended schools in Williamstown and graduated from Williston Academy. He was veteran of the Vietnam War serving with the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1967. He enjoyed working with computers and HAM Radios. Survivors include his mother Marion Shaw of Williamstown, MA. and several cousins and an aunt. John had an Extra Class Amateur Radio License, the Highest Class available to "Ham's". His Call Sign was K1DEU

I talked to John Many times and shall
miss hearing him on the Air. A very intelligent Man he had some interesting stories to share,
and many interesting theories.
