    The Gloucester City Amatuer Radio Club (GCARC, NJ2GC) is having a spring time Hamfest on Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Gloucester City, N.J. Gloucester is located at the base of the Walt Whitman Bridge coming from Philadelphia, Pa.
