Military stations will transmit on selected military frequencies and will announce the specific ARS frequencies monitored. All times are ZULU (Z), and all frequencies are Upper Side Band (USB) unless otherwise noted. The frequencies used for the test will not impact any public or private communications, and will not stray outside the confines of the exercise.

20m on the US east coast went crazy today around 16:00 UTC. I was listening to some rag chews in the middle part of the US, and then stations from India and Asia popped up and over the states (S9+) for about 5 minutes. and almost as soon as it happened, it was totally gone. This happened in the upper portion of the 20m band. Weird indeed. If it weren't for the US stations already on frequency, I would have tried for the DX! Thanks for the reports and enthusiasm.
