Serious interfearence on 24.950

Can anyone listen to the spanish on 24.950 and find out where it is coming from. It is a full time carrier rebroadcasting some sort of repeater operation.
It has been there for several days. Today 03-24-2013. At times 59+ in Ct. If you figure it out let me know by e-mail k1ied@cox.net or get in touch with one of the frequency moniters in different countries, KB0BOG in US.

don't have my mobile log with me, but was in & out of mobile literally all day saturday. only activity was on 12m & i logged over 2 dozen contacts, most between 24.946 & 24.958. if i remember correctly, most were belgium, germany, italy, spain, canaries, azores & cape verde. i heard no spanish-other then the occasional qso's from those i just mentioned. i'm fn30 so unless an overload/harmonic-type issue, i think i might have noticed.....?

 

It't there again today very loud mid day in CT. I hope sombody can copy what is said and discover what country it is coming from.

according to the zed, we're about 80 miles apart (think we've spoken on 2 and/or 6 during contests), but heard nothing there today either. spoke to HA8, ON, OE, DL, IK & a few others, 24.948-24.954, from the mobile, between 1500-2000z....no spanish
