A rotary dipole for 10 meters can be a very effective antenna at heights of greater than 20 feet or so. It may not compete with a KT36 at 75 feet, but it will outperform many slapdash skywires.
The Hamstick mobile antennas are fairly close to a full-sized 1/4 wave on 10. You can buy an adapter to put two of the back to back as a dipole. This should perform well, and be easily configured to rotate so you can take advantage of the directivity of the dipole.
