    Hi All,

Kempton Park Amateur Radio and Technical Society (ZS6KTS) in South Africa is running a PSK-31 beacon on 5.250MHz at 1500Hz. The beacon is running at 15 Watts and transmits every 5 mins.

We welcome all signal reports (even if you don't have facilities to decode the PSK signal).
Please send all reports to the email address beacon@zs6kts.co.za There is also a snail mail address on our forum posting.

Please visit the KARTS forum for more information and pictures regarding the beacon project.

The beacon has been running with success. We are testing out the WSPR mode and have been running it non-stop since the 23rd of Feb.

WSPR has been doing great for dx

We will continue to run WSPR until the end of March 2014.

5.250Mhz - TX every 12 mins or so. Tx for two mins.

Visit wsprnet.org for more information on using and decoding WSPR
