ZIP Code placement

The ZIP code is shown after the name of the city I'm living in. The correct address must have the ZIP code in front of the city name.
I can't change the placement and I can't even change the ZIP code itself because it is not shown in the update form.
Does anybody know the trick to fix this?

I thought, putting the ZIP code in the city name input field together with the city name could do the trick, but
then I have two ZIP codes

All fixed,
The zip code block is formatted for U.S. calls and places code after town. I have changed yours and you should be fine now...
