Zdzisław SQ7BQA s.k. We regret to announce that on November 30, 2020, he passed away in the land of eternal DXs, my colleague Zdzisław Owczarek SQ7BQA. His professional life was mainly related to school, he was an educator many generations of students. He participated in the construction of the Połaniec power plant and Kozienice. For many years he was the Head of the City and Commune of Połaniec. He also performed many social functions, including in the 90s he was the President of the Łódź Branch of the PZK.
