Does anyone know the part number for the connectors on the Yaesu G5500DC rotor?
They are made by Nanaboshi. I think it might be NJW-207-PF10, but not sure.
I'm referring to the 7-pin female that attaches to the cable - looks like this:

I'm also finding the part number NJC-207-PF which appears to be a non-water proof version of the same connector.
Can anyone verify the NJC-207-PF and the NJW-207-PF10 are connectivity compatible?
The NJC-207-PF looks easier to get one's hands on.

Nanoboshi and Hirose (Japanese connector mfg.) both make a compatible circular connector.
Here is the 2013 Thread on these connector (QRZ Tech Forum)

    1. Yaesu USA Parts

    2. Nanaboshi Electric Mfg. Connector - US Distributor
Yaesu/ Kenpro originally used Nanaboshi (Japan) connectors for their antenna rotators.
This connector is WEATHERPROOF (Nanobosi data sheets)

Advanced Technology Products (ATP) is a Nanaboshi distributor in USA and
places order with this Japanese connector mfg. on a regular basis.

Nanoboshi Electric NJC series (Catalog, starting on Page 26) — Shell Size 20, Pins 7

Nanaboshi NJC-207-PF is the plug for the control cable.
Nanaboshi NJC-207-RM is the panel mount socket on the G-5500 motor.
Nanaboshi NJC-207-ADM to add a pigtail socket to an older G-5400 motor.

    3. Hirose Connector - Digi-Key and Mouser : Discontinued
In 2013, Yaesu was using Hirose as a second source supplier.
This may have been a result of the March 2011 Kyoto earthquake/tsunami in Japan,
with the loss of electronics suppliers/manufacturers in that region.

Tony, K6ELQ found that the Hirose JR16WP-7S(71), was available through Digi-Key and Mouser,
and interchangeable with the Nanaboshi NJC 20 series connectors.

HOWEVER : Digi-Key informed me that Hirose DISCONTINUED this Waterproof Connector.
    Mouser marked OBSOLETE

    Regarding Calvin’s other question …
Nanoboshi Electric NJW Series Circular Connectors
The Part Numbers for these New Connectors have a new Suffix, designating cable O.D.,
in order to maintain the Waterproof Specification.

YES, Nanoboshi Electric introduced a NEW Weatherproof Series (in Black).
The NJW Series Waterproof connectors are based upon their NJC Series.
LOOK under Shell Size 20 at pages 82 and 83 the Nanoboshi Catalog

KNOW the Difference Between G Type and S Type (Male/Pins; Female/Sockets)

    Yaesu/Kenpro G-5500 / G-5500DC Rotator System : Circular Connectors (7 conductor)
Regarding the “10” Suffix, on your part number: NJW-207-PF10
In order to secure the intended waterproof function, the waterproof cable used for the plug/adapter should have appropriate specification and structure.

    Part Number Suffixes used: 6, 8, 10, 12
    For the “10” Suffix: Outer Cable O.D. φ 8.6 to φ 10.5 (mm)

Nanaboshi NJW-207-PF-xx is the plug for the Control Cable at Outdoor Rotor.
Nanaboshi NJW-207-RM is the Panel Mount Socket on the G-5500 motor.
Nanaboshi NJW-207-ADM-xx to add a pigtail socket to an older G-5400 screw terminals.
