    Hello everyone,

I recently started working on a FL-2100B that I got and it has Low Plate Voltage. When I turn it on I get only 2000 to 2100 on the plate voltage. I know these amplifiers require at least 2400 at idle. I am wondering if the high voltage capacitors are starting to go? I don't know what else would cause such a low plate voltage at idle. Any help would be appreciated or feedback.

    Thanks,
    Shawn

Use an independent DC voltmeter of known accuracy to measure what the voltage actually is.

Don't rely on the front panel meter.

also see if the jumpers on the power transformer are correct for your supply voltage
