Hello, and Happy New Year 2018 for all OM
by which reference do these diodes replace?
Probably in the HV Bridge.....
You can just use 1N4007 . . . or if you want overkill, 1N5408.
There is no need to have the 470k resistors across each one - these days, diodes are much more closely matched. So just remove them.
Hi 73 Georges
it's for the Polarization Circuit
1N4007 its good ???
Not sure what you mean by Polarization Circuit . . .
But a 1N4007 will be fine in ANY circuit that uses the 10D1
it's for the PB-1903 - BIAS CONT. BOARD.
D301 to D305
Dont see a listing for D301-305 in the schematic or parts list, But I do see D101-D110 listed in the HV section as 10D10....
1.5a @1K Piv,,,
PB-1903 is used in the FL-2100Z, and is the bias & relay supply rectifier/filter PCB. The source is a 13V winding from power transformer PT1. Diodes D301 - D305 (pn 10D1, datasheet) are rated 1.5A @ 100V. Likely, the worst-case load current is well under 1.5A and any 1A rectifier (such as the common 1N4002-up) can be used.
