Hi guys, my DXLab Suite reports the following error Callbook error: a subscription is required to view the full record. Of course my subscription is not expired, so is there something wrong or it's just me? 73 Guido/ AI6EX
Well, I have just had the neverending string of problems. 1. Subscriptions did not work. Got around that by logging out, deleting cookies, logging back in, subscribing. Managed to actually give you folks some money successfully. 2. XML lookups did not work. Tried to use the help desk, which did not work. Posted on that. Was told I was complaining in the the wrong place, help desk is broken, please post here. 3. Test page now works but lookups from fldigi do not. So my question is: is this typical? Summary: 1) your subscription system is broken, although sadly I found a way around that. 2) XML lookups appear broken 3) your help desk is broken 4) the XML test page now works but lookups from fldigi do not, 5) my patience is nearly exhausted.
I have noticed the same thing. Using HRD 5.x and it has been working fine up until Aug 3. My subscription is valid. Please fix.
