I am a XML logbook subscriber. I recently uploaded HRD to a new computer and I can get the Logbook to update the Call sign information. I entered my QRZ Call sign and password to HRD Call sign Lookup under the QRZ XML Subscription interface. Why is this not working for me now? It has been a while since I used this logbook but my QRZ page shows I am still a subscriber. Thanks
I had the same problem a couple of HRD upgrades ago. Make sure all your parameters are set, which it sounds like you have. Quit HRD and reboot. That worked in my case.
