Our group sponsored a statewide POTA event recently that promised a certificate to operators for a reaching a specified goal. However, the signup sheet for the activators did not include a field for the email address. I am trying to pull the email address from the database. The goal is to submit a list of callsigns and return the callsign and email address only. Getting the information one record at the time is an onerous task.

I can successfully connect to the database and get all fields for an individual callsign. I can also successfully enter several callsigns in one https:// URL, but the data returned is a subset of the data record for that member. The email address is not included.

Is what I am trying to do possible? Or is the data possibly truncated to prevent spammers from gathering a list of bulk email addresses with a single query?

We also want to complete some mapping reports. The LAT/LON information is included in the truncated data when looking up multiple callsigns, but there is other data included that is not needed at this time. Being able to get the email addresses and LAT/LON data only in one pass would be a big benefit.

    Thanks,
    Lee KT4LS

My impression is that you've got a difficult task and the one-record-at-a-time approach may be your only solution. However, you could try filing a support ticket and see if the real experts have a better solution. https://ssl.qrz.com/support

What Hart said. Please file a support ticket and ask your question there.

Your request goes way out of the scope for the QRZ lookup system and would require you to discuss this with QRZ HQ directly.
