I just thought to kick off a thread for the new Xiegu X6100 portable HF+6 transceiver.

I don't have any links to share yet, but I'll be excited to read more about this one as we learn more.

There are several videos about it on YouTube with information coming from company brochures and other websites. Compiled information below is from various X6100 videos

So far they're saying that it has 500 ma receive. It puts out 5 watts on the internal battery or 10 watts external. The ATU is said to be 4 to 1. The screen is color. Looks like you can do CW/RTTY and PSK31. It is said to run on Linux.
It might be available in July (or maybe later-depending on where you get your info from). Costs around $799 +/- (or $749 in quantity?)
Supposedly available now for $999 or $1100 from Russia through China (whatever that means).

Looks nice, but......I sure hope it does not have truncated CW like the X5105 has.

Wake up Elecract. It's time for a KX4!
