In this video I am using all "new to me" gear. I activated the park for POTA with the Xiegu X5105 using Adams (K6ARK) EFHW he built for me along with the goture 7.2m squid pole as a mast. I just leaned the mast up against a tree instead of guying it, etc.. placed some tension on the antenna wire and ran it straight to the radio without any feedline. The radio showed a good match along both the 20m and the 40m bands. It was a quick hour long activation with loads of fun and a good run of contacts. Hope you guys enjoy the video.
