    I saw a license plate with WX2ECK on it. When I look it up it was not in the data base. Question is what does (DXCC enitiy) #291 refer to???

    Was it a ham radio plate or just a vanity plate that oddly enough fits the call sign pattern.

    I don't quite understand what you are asking or referring to in the bold part. Was this something that was on the plate? DXCC entity #291 is the reference number of the United States on the DXCC list.
