The WSPR Desktop transmitter is a 200mW desktop or portable, GPS timed WSPR transmitter for HF bands between 80 and 10m. 6 & 4m are also supported but require external band pass filters by the user.

My old neurones are spinning, exactly when I was intending to add some SDRPlay RSPdx and a relay coax switch to my poor ham's station...

...now, just tell me I can pair both as a fully autonomous station?

Lots of information to catch altogether  any simple, elementary insight?

Haven't used this product, but I do have one of the Zachtek WSPR-TX pico transmitters aloft right now, currently on its second trip around the globe! Similar functionality and it works very well. Easy to configure, too.

I just ordered his QRPp tansmitter to learn about all this digital control and programming. Tha prices are great but DHL shipping is crazy. Hope he gets big enough to have a US distributor.

I have the 80-10 transmitter and it is the best WSPR transmitter I have used. VERY easy to set up and works great with a Hustler 5BTV with the 30, 17 nd 12 meters add on kits.

People actually do WSPR on the HF bands ?

I thought WSPR intended use was in the 630 and 2200 LF and VLF meter bands.

I have the 80-10 too. It is excellent, so easy to use, well made and totally reliable. Mine reaches most continents from a 17 m loop in the loft.

Thanks for posting the video. Just sold my X6100 last week and bought an IC-705. I'm really getting into QRP. I have a couple of QRO rigs but at the moment 97% of my work is QRP and I have wanted to try out WSPR for testing my antenna builds.

I will definitely be adding this to my kit once I recover some from the financial hit of the 705.

I got the CW flea transmitter yesterday. I had it running in about 10 minutes, but have to wait till I get to the park and put up an antenna to test it out. Here's Kevin's video if you want to check it out.
