    Hi all,

since i haven't found any tools for a "standalone" WSJT-X installation that automatically
upload QSO-entries, i've written a program that do the job.

Please feel free to grab it - https://gitlab.com/v2b1n/adi_to_qrz

    Linux/Windows/Mac-users are welcome.

Atm i use it to upload my WSJT-X logs, but it should work with every ADIF-file (so far tested with wsjt-x and fldigi).

Constructive Criticism, suggestions and feedback highly appreciated.

    Works as described.

I use a pi connected to my IC-7200 for WSJT-X. Just VNC to the pi and work FT8 from my iphone, chromebook, anything. VPN to my home and play on the radio. This just made life so much easier, especially when operating from my phone.

Put it on the pi and put my api key in the script. Already logged a QSO with it. Makes FT8 / WSJT-X logging so much easier now.

Now if we could just automate qrz to lotw and back to qrz my life would be complete.

    Thanks!

Had to modify the script. Commented out the entire section where it writes the separate adi file from the errors. Not deleting my current wsjt adi log ended up creating 555 error logs overnight.

    Other than that, works great.

    Hi @KE5EUA ,

    thanks for the feedback.

Please try out the updated version v0.4 that was released this year, i would assume that this misbehavior will be no more.
If it will, please open an issue at https://gitlab.com/v2b1n/adi_to_qrz/issues/new.
Alternatively you can send me the adi-logfile, which was processed and the program log with errors & i'll take care of it.

Btw regarding the "qrz -> lotw auto-upload" - i'll put on the roadmap.

    Thanks

This looks very interesting. Can this be used for multiple log files? For example, I use Netlogger and JTDX on a regular basis.

Thank you for this awesome script. Loaded it up onto my rigpi. Just curious how long does it take for the entries to show up in QRZ?

well, you can start/run the program multiple times and specify in each programs run the proper/wanted logfile:

    adi_to_qrz.py -x -d -a "MY-API-KEY" -l my_netlogger_log.adi
    adi_to_qrz.py -x -d -a "MY-API-KEY" -l my_jtdx_log.adi

    Hi,

they do show up immediately. Just hit "F5", aka "refresh" on your QRZ logbook page.

I've tried to set this up and I'm no good with computers and I get to step 4 and 5 on the guide from the website and I'm struggling to get my head around what the instructions actually mean!

4-Edit the "adi_to_qrz.py" and put your QRZ-logbook apikey around line 32 replacing the "APIKEY_NOT_SPECIFIED" string there and save the "adi_to_qrz.py".- No idea how to edit this!

5-Add a scheduled task that triggers "adi_to_qrz.py" every YOU_NAME_IT minutes. (Howto? Please google for "windows how to run scheduled task every x minutes"- I got so far with this but again not being a computer person, I'm stumped :-(

Any help with this would be great guys

    Regards
