wrong grid square on my detail page.

So my grid square on my detail page is incorrect. Along with my state and county. I don't know if something didn't transfer right from the fcc to qrz or whatnot. How can i get this updated to show the right state, grid square and county?

Dear Admin,

My friend who doesn't speak English, ask me to ask you about his problem.
His callsign is: 4L4GDT
On his profile details on qrz.com he has correctly written Grid Square, that is: LN21qw.
But, when he sends QSL card via qrz.com using standard procedure, in the field "Sender Info", there is written wrong Grid Square.
This wrong Grid Square is: LN11UX55.
He corrected this wrong Grid with correct one several times, but there stays again wrong one.

Could you please have a look what is wrong?
Or how we can solve this problem?

Tell your friend the QRZ Logbook address and Grid Square information is NOT linked to his QRZ account. Ask him to go to MyLogbook Settings and select the Edit button.

Logbook Info
Name: 4L4GDT Main Logbook Edit

Then scroll down until he gets to the address and Grid Square area, make the necessary corrections, and select the green Save button.
