At the January 20th meeting of the W.P.R.C. Inc., held in Washington PA, a list was announced of repeater systems who have not returned the W.P.R.C., Inc. Frequency Coordination Surveys.

If you have not yet returned your survey's, you run the real risk of decoordination for failure to respond to your survey or surveys.

The frequency coordinator, with the agreement of the membership at the January 20th meeting, agreed to wait awhile longer. As late as June 20th before finally giving up. You can find this list in the "January 20, 2013 Meeting Notes" found on the "Meeting Notes" web page. http://www.wprcinfo.org

If you do not fill out a survey ?

Really, this is a VERY good idea! There are way too many "paper" repeaters around that are either not in operation at all, or, at least, VERY seldom used. Making the repeater owner verify that the repeater is in operation is a step in the right direction to getting those "paper" repeaters uncoordinated which opens the frequency to someone who is actually going to put a repeater in operation.

Yes to be quite honest its a Gentlemen's Agreement and the Michigan Repeater Council just went thru a few years ago clearing out paper repeaters. and this Q on repeater coordination was in one of the license exams.

Just curious, which repeaters were found to be 'paper'?
