Get a world map and pins for gosh sakes. Put a map on a sheet of stainless and use magnets.
Since it has my home /QTH shown in Colorado (I moved more than 10 yrs ago) the map's applicability is questionable,no?
When I tried to get it myself, the page kept bouncing me back to a "sign in page" for a password, so thanks for however you managed to do it. I have a password and I entered it. I even tried re-registering. I guess I'm older than I feel!
Another option is ADIF to KML. It will convert your .adi file into a .kml file to be used with Google Earth. Works well. It will use a different color for each band also. You can also customize the push pins by editing the kml file.
The website to get it from is: http://www.qsl.net/ct1gvn/adif2kml.htm
Yeah, I noticed that too.
My magnets keep falling off. Any suggestions?
Magnet glue. It's what I use.
I was surprised to learn that magnets didn't stick to my tin foil hat.
I liked the idea of using glue, instead, but that defeats the idea of magnets, and glue can go very wrong very fast... very... fast...
Don't sniff the fumes and that will mitigate most of the problems.
