I recently purchased an hri 200. I have the unit hooked up but I am stuck at the setup stage. The device asks for a dtmf ID and a room number. I completed the registration over two weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I have tried to contact yaesu and haven't heard anything. How long does this process take? Is yaesu down due to covid or did I fall in a crack? I have 3 days to return the device to get a full refund. Perhaps now is just a bad time to try and mess with wires x.
