Condolences to his family and friends ... but not to be confused with William I. (Bill) Orr, W6SAI-sk, renowned engineer, educator, communicator and author of numerous amateur radio and radio engineering texts, including the The W6SAI HF Antenna Handbook and the two-dozen editions of the classic Radio Handbook, who passed in 2001.
