So they can put them on Ebay, its full of them.
Never happen; I watch the news on the Internet But I also dislike BS - it eats up my precious time Give me real facts
"Realfacts" sounds like a Doublethink word.
Just another time travel paradox...
Um.... your Meme Generator should have been selected for an UNOPENED Box Meme.... looks like Dad has already built that SB-301 receiver....
Well he had the picture from later. Took it back in time to tell his dad "don't ever build it into THIS" you see.
Tell Dad, in the time machine while you're there in 1971, to buy 2-3 Heathkit SB rigs a month for the rest of his working career. Or MORE!! If he gets a work bonus, buy 5 or more that month. Store them in a good environment, rent space if needed. Keep buying and DO NOT STOP - only buying the top of the line - nothing but SB and HW, maybe with a few random fill-ins of other products. Nothing that will be dated early - NO televisions!!!
By the time the year 2000 rolls around, have him set up his eBay account and start selling - but SLOWLY - don't flood the market. Just a handful a month, listed individually at "full auction" so the crazies of the early 21st century on eBay salivate and empty their wallets.
Take the proceeds and buy gold at the $270 range it was selling at in that year.... buy NOTHING but gold. No worries - the price of gold would be low for a SEVERAL YEARS - plenty of time to sell off the radios.
Sell radios, buy gold - rinse and repeat. Over and over
Gold hits $1600 an ounce in 2008 or so.... wowsers!!!!
Before you know it, Dad retires at 48 a MILLIONAIRE!!
The crazy part? This could have been a TRUE STORY if only "Dad" had known what the future would bring
Buy Heathkits back then or buy Apple and Microsoft early on?
Diversify!!! DO ALL THREE!!!
Stocks + commodities (Heathkits) = diversification
Oh, and pick up some real estate in destitute urban areas like South Lake Union Seattle where Amazon would one day establish their HQ
everybody is selling Heathkits to buy Gonsets and Cleggs...
