    Yaesu, Albrecht, and Icom are all good lines for their dollar.

    Elekraft and Ten-Tec need to come down in price a bit before I can commit to them. It's all fine and dandy that they are made in the US of A, but when the quality is comparable, you can't help but look at the price. And even Icom has them beat, as well as Motorola (Another US company), and Vertex.

    I like the Flex line too. Tinkered with them a bit.
