I'm new to dealing with SDR. My goal is to get images from NOAA or Meteor m2 satellites. I use Wxtoimg to find the passing time of NOAA satellites and it is generally correct. But whenever I look at orbitron or gpredict, neither of them have a matching passing time. I can use wxtoimg for NOAA, but where can I find the most accurate transit information for the meteor m2 satellite's transit time?

Update TLE first! You should update TLE monthly or so.
All the software use same or at least similar algorithm so predictions have to be identical.
If TLEs are up to date check correct time (UTC versus your local), your particular location you've set in software and so on.
