Quite common in the Western Rockies at that time.
Always wanted one as a kid. I did eventually find a 1964 Honda CT-90 in good shape - some 30 years later.
My wife, father in law and I went for a walk in Wilmington, Vermont a couple of weeks ago and the trail goes along a river where the Rokon factory was located.

Most people today don't realize that the tires were also extra fuel tanks
