    Tonight it's cassoulet. That's a dish my wife picked up in France. Made with duck meat, duck fat, white beans and pork. French baked beans.

    Pretty good if bought somewhere in Southeast Asia. ;) Still any food can be revived with chipotles abodabos. ;)
