Will 2019 be your first year at QuartzFest? Are you looking for information you can't find or maybe you want to hear about someone's recent experience.

Check out this video on my channel called Ham Radio TV where Bruce, N6THN does a very thorough slideshow of his visit in 2018. This video will give you a good idea of all the events and festivities that take place.

For more information on this event please see QuartzFest website at www.quartzfest.org

Those Girls are some very accomplished Ham Radio Operators. Look up AI6TK and AI6ZU in QRZ. I'm still hoping for the details of the Stargate Loop Antenna.

Kudos to KR1SS and the team for organizing and executing a pretty well run event. Hanging out in the dirt, wind and saguaros for a week is a bit of an acquired taste but it was a lot of fun to meet up with old and new friends alike.
