Just bought a used Yaesu FTDX1200 for use at home and to use as a Digital operating station.
Losing my ability to hear as I get older so audio work has become such a challenge.
I can hear but because of tinnitus I cannot comprehend what hearing now and hearing aids,
headphones don't seem to help much either they just make the noise louder.

At my age and operating limitations I doubt I'll be purchasing another rig. It comes with the territory of aging. I guess I'm lucky enough to have lived this long!

Not likely to happen here. At my age,I'm good to go with what I have.

I am good with what I have but I have a small problem with collecting handhelds. I have two mobiles, two hf radios and….leeme see ….one…three…seven….many. Many handhelds have I. Next wanting the th7a to match the f6a and to add aprs to the handheld family of radios. But I do not want to spend the prices being asked these days…so I will wait awhile

All set with what I have. The equipment in my shack does everything I want on HF. As for V/UHF I generally use that only when traveling long distances
