I have an Anan 7000 on order. Time to give one a try.
I don't buy radios; I acquire them
This just popped up here :
To answer the next radio question?
It will have to be cheap so likely non-working. Plus I like projects.
In order of preference
1. Ten-Tec Argosy.
2. Ten-Tec Century 22
3. 23cm transverter.
eventually everyone will have a 7300 and a g90...
Oh man...I feel for you.
Yaesu FT 891 along with the SOTA Beams hopper4 80-20m linked dipole Ordered about 3 weeks ago Il be lucky to see it by end of May. Damn Covid-19 delays.
I just purchased a RFinder B1 HT Radio with a HCP-1 Portable Digital HotSpot yesterday. I run I90, I79, I86, I81, nd all points in between so I was looking for something easy to operate while driving. I'm hoping this radio works as advertised and I won't have to program on the fly.
That bites. Seems steep taxing on such a useful hobby.
