I'm getting it (not the rotatable dipole on top, it's the beam on the bottom in the picture) from a friend and need to order parts as some are bent/broken.
I'm thinking SteppIR but can't find one like it on their website.
    Anyone have any idea?

It´s quite close to a LFA, but that one has two extended elements for a second band (interlaced elements).
And the reflector is not exactly the same as LFA, but similar.

I don't know but that ole girl has been rode hard and put up wet a few times! It would be interesting to find out and see it all fixed up and back in service though.

The element housing units that contain the expandable element on the SteppIR are much larger than what appears in your photo. I just took a look up at mine and they don't compare.

    NOT a Stepp-IR.

This is a 9-element HF Antenna, with a Broken Cable Truss Support.

I'd lower it to the ground first and take some close-up photos of the element clamps/brackets and driven element feedpoint(s) to determine who made it.

I can see in the pic the reason the boom failed is the truss support bracket for a boom that long wasn't installed nearly high enough above the boom.
