I use an aggressive procmail filter on my mail server, and want to make sure that I am letting email from QRZ.com get through. I don't need the web site's IP address, but the IP address(s) found in the headers from emails sent by QRZ.com. Aloha!

Blocking or allowing a IP is not a very good way to filter mail, Now a days.

Thousands of users can have the same mail server IP.

Unless headers contain a MAC address you are just guessing.

    Have Fun.

MAC addresses mean nothing, are totally fakeable, shared between VMs. Nope.

    Very true.

But a MAC is harder to spoof. But is a can do.
