On April 28, 2018 "Radio Scouting" will be operating a special event station using the call W2P live from the midway at the 56th Annual Boy Scout Invitational Camporee at the historic US Military Academy in West Point, New York. West Point Military Academy has been hosting an invitational Camporee for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts since 1962, offering skill training and challenges to Scouts and their volunteer leaders unequaled anywhere else. Many of the challenge stations are scaled down versions of what the Cadets experience daily in their training as tomorrow's military leaders. The station will be manned by KB2FMH, KC2EKE and W2EJV and shall operate SSB on whatever bands present the best conditions from 10 through 80 meters. Watch the packet cluster sites for spots and visit our QRZ page which will be updated in real-time with specific frequencies and frequent log entries. Confirmations will be made on QRZ, QRZCQ, LoTW, Clublog, eQSL and HRDlog but, what you'll want most is described below. ------------------------- A commemorative QSL card will be available to all contacts wishing to have this one time card.
