Thomas Kehr was born January 20, 1951.  He was best known for his unique voice and witty humor on 3.990 Mhz, the "Rooster Net" each and every morning where  he was one of the regular weekly net controllers.  He helped many of those in their travels with directions and information on ECARS, 7.255 Mhz where he served as a net controller and relay.

Many people, unless he let it slip, had no idea that he could stay in control of a net, with 50 or more check ins, while in fact he was totally blind.  Tommy, as known by his friends, was truly an amazing person.

Tommy and his wife Jackie made their home in Schuylkill Haven, Pa.  He passed away at home at 2 PM on November 9th, 2002.

To know Tommy was to love him.  73 my friend.  W3KGL, S.K.
