    W3B Special Event Station on-the-air at the Apple Scrapple Festival (www.applescrapple.com) in Bridgeville, DE. Local Sussex County, DE Hams will be operational on HF from the Band Stand at Cahall Park, Saturday October 13th from 1300 Z to 2000 Z during the event. Your QSL and a large, stamped, self-addressed, envelope will get an 8 ½” x 11” certificate sent to you. QSL via WS3EOC.
