As a Technician, where do I have voice privileges ? 6 Meter and part of 10 Meters ?
If you are into smart phones check out the "hamlog app". I really like it and comes in handy
28.300 to 28.500 USB 200 watts max.
6 meters 2 meters, 70 cm are the big three VHF/UHF bands although a a technician, you have all amateur privileges on bands 50 MHz and up.
Sky's the limit.
BTW, this is all in the FCC rules part 97. Every ham should have a copy of this, available from the ARRL bookstore. arrl.org.
Don't need to buy it. Latest version is available in several formats including PDF, on the ARRL website and other places.
Google "FCC Part 97" and plenty will come up.

I wouldn't transmit on 28.500 USB with that class of licence!
I don't believe that you have "voice" privileges anywhere, but you can check your "phone" privileges here:
You passed the tech license and you do not know? God help us all. Gimme Strength.
